Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your MyWell account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Step 1

How to request deletion

You have two ways to delete your account:

  • From the app: Sign in, open Account Settings → Your Account, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. The action is self-serve and takes effect immediately.
  • By email: Send a request from your registered email address to support@mywell.in with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and confirm once the request is processed.
Step 2

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal information tied to your identity, including:

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number) and login credentials.
  • Role and access assignments across hotels, branches, and outlets.
  • Your personal booking history, guest requests, room-service orders, and feedback.
  • Push notification subscriptions and device tokens.
  • Any uploaded media linked to your account.

Please note: Anonymised or aggregated operational records — and documents the hotel is legally required to retain (for example tax invoices, statutory registers, or fraud-prevention logs) — may be kept for the period required by applicable law, with your personal identifiers removed wherever possible.

Step 3

How long deletion takes

  • Self-serve deletion: takes effect immediately. A 30-day grace window follows during which you can contact support to cancel the request. After 30 days, deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
  • Email requests: processed within 7 business days of verifying your identity. We will send a confirmation to your registered email once deletion is complete.
